Ingredients:

Catfish

1 lb Guidry’s Breaded Catfish Strips
12 corn or flour tortillas
8 oz purple cabbage
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp honey – 1 lime juiced
1 cup mayo
4 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp chipotle powder
1 avocado sliced
Chopped cilantro

Instructions:

Step 1

Prepare Slaw by mixing sugar, honey vinegar, and juices together. Add purple cabbage and let sit.

Step 2

Whisk mayo, hot sauce, and chipotle powder until smooth.

Step 3

Cook Catfish strips in air fryer, deep fryer, or oven according to directions. Heat tortillas in the in hot pan until warm and browned.

Step 4

Serve cooked catfish strips in warm tortilla. Top with honey Lime Slaw and Spice Chipotle Mayo. Serve with avocado slices and fresh cilantro.
