In the seafood business sometimes you really have to be careful what you buy but in my dealings with guidry’s that is not the case the product speaks for itself it’s a multi family operation which is very important there’s a lot of pride in what they do the quality of the product speaks for itself and it’s USA product I’m given the opportunity to buy from several different vendors but when it comes to catfish the only one vendor I buy from is my friends and guidry’s in Louisiana
I love catfish I grew up on it and this is wonderful stuff both in presentation and then eating the product!
