Ingredients:

  • Guidry’s Breaded Catfish Strips.

  • 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent dough sheet.

  • ½ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese (or grated Parmesan).

  • Candy eyeballs.

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Spread Catfish Strips in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake 25 minutes; let cool 15 minutes.

Unroll crescent dough sheet on a lightly floured surface.

Using a pizza wheel, cut dough lengthwise into ⅛-to ¼-inch-thick strips. Cut each strip into thirds.

Wrap strips around each Catfish Strip to resemble “mummy bandages,” leaving a space at the top for eyes.

Return wrapped catfish strips to pan; sprinkle with cheese.

Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Arrange candy eyeballs in between “bandages”.
