Guidry’s U.S. Farm-Raised catfish undergo several rounds of quality control testing to ensure only the best tasting fish get the Guidry label. That is why our catfish cook up sweet and tender.
Our gutted catfish cut is a whole fish without the head or entrails. We have several sizes available and our gutted catfish are packed on ice in 30lb cases.
Quality and customer satisfaction are important to us at Guidry’s. We process fresh gutted catfish on an order to order basis to ensure maximum freshness and a quality product.
