Guidry’s fresh catfish split cut fillets are our whole fillets of U.S. Farm Raised catfish which have been split down the middle to produce smaller portions. Our fresh catfish splits are available in three sizes; 2-3oz, 3-5oz. and 5-7oz. and can be purchased in 15lb. and 30lb. bulk cases. Please see the Product Options chart for more information.
Quality and customer satisfaction are extremely important to us at Guidry’s. Because of this we produce our fresh catfish on an order to order basis.
