Put this quick + easy recipe for Baked Italian Catfish at the top of your weeknight menu. Simply prepared with creole and Italian seasoning, butter, lemon, and garlic, this meal will be on your table in less than 30 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 Guidry’s Catfish fillets (thawed)
  • 4 tsp of your favorite Creole
  • Seasoning
  • 4 tsp of your favorite Italian
  • Seasoning
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tsp unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 pkg premade stuffed ravioli
  • 1 cup pesto fresh or premade

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
Rinse the catfish fillets and pat dry. Lightly coat filets with olive oil.


Lightly season both sides of the catfish with creole seasoning and Italian seasoning.
Place the flat side of the catfish onto the prepared baking sheet. Top each filet with 1 tsp of fresh minced garlic.


Cut a piece of butter into 4 pieces and place on top of each fish fillet.
Using a spoon, lightly drizzle lemon juice over each piece of catfish.
Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and serve with your favorite side dish.  I used premade spinach and ricotta raviolis tossed in pesto.
